Our Services
Family Medical Walk-In Clinics provide a wide range of services:
Urgent Care
“Urgent care” is non-emergency medical service made available when you perceive an immediate need.
Urgent care services can help you with a non-emergency illness or injury. Urgent care services are very often more appropriate and less expensive than going to a hospital emergency department for non-emergency treatment.
Urgent care services include access to many services, including (but not limited to) laboratory testing, x-rays, sutures, foreign body removal.
Appointment Care
We also provide primary care by appointment. For example, if you need continuing medical management of diabetes, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol, or another condition, our doctors can be your doctors.
Occupational Medicine
Our professionals also treat work-related illnesses and injuries, and many employers turn to Family Medical Walk-In Clinics for pre-employment and HAZMAT physicals, as well as drug screenings. We are one of the only vendors of eScreen urine drug screens in our area.
Orthopedic Care
Family Medical Walk-In Clinics provide non-surgical orthopedic care, including the setting and casting of uncomplicated fractures and the treatment of repetitive motion injuries.

FAQ
What type of medical professional will I see at Family Medical Walk-In Clinics?
You will be cared for by a physician, a physician’s assistant, or a family nurse practitioner.
I have a family doctor. Can I still use Family Medical Walk-In Clinics’ urgent care services?
Yes. Patients often seek urgent care when their family doctor is not available. After your immediate needs are met, you may return to either your own doctor or to Family Medical Walk-In Clinics for follow-up care, or you may be referred to a specialist.
What if I need hospital care?
We do not admit patients to the hospital. We encourage you to develop a relationship with a primary care physician who can provide on-going care and, when necessary, admit you to a hospital.
