The goal of the professionals at Family Medical Walk-In Clinics is to return an ill or injured employee to full duty as soon as possible.

Our staff provides employers with comprehensive work status reports for every Workman’s Compensation patient. These reports indicate:

• The date and time the employee was examined
• Diagnosis
• Treatment provided
• Any follow-up care needed
• Work restrictions or limited duty instructions and length of time during which restrictions will be necessary
