Who will benefit from joining Affordable Care Solutions?
Anyone without health insurance, people who are underinsured, or those with high-deductible healthcare plans. Single parents, self-employed individuals, and college students also will find Family Medical Walk-In Clinics’ membership program convenient and cost-effective.
Is Affordable Care Solutions the same as health insurance?
NO! Affordable Care Solutions is not insurance.
It is a membership program with low monthly dues and reduced-price office visit fees. Members are entitled to medical visits at any of our five walk-in clinics, with no additional charge for many procedures and on-site tests common to urgent and primary care visits.
What do I get if I join?
You get access to $35 office visits. This fee includes:
- The Office Visit
- In-house lab work (strep tests, urinalysis, etc.)
- A variety of other services offered in our facilities
- The convenience of seven-day a week access, including evening hours
How do I sign up?
Joining Affordable Care Solutions is FAST and EASY. You can sign up online in the convenience of your own home, or you can schedule an appointment with an ACS team member to sign up at one of our facilities. Invest just a few minutes of your time and begin saving money!
Simply fill out the one page application and provide information to facilitate payment by automatic bank account withdrawal. Your membership goes into effect on the business day following the receipt of your completed application and your first two months’ of membership fees.
How much does membership cost?
Affordable Care Solutions membership costs only:
–$55 per month for individuals
–$220 per month (maximum) for a family
Payment can be handled conveniently by automatic deduction from your bank account. If you don’t want to have it withdrawn from your account, you can pay for 6 months to a year up front.
- As long as you pay monthly dues, you will remain a member
- Membership can be cancelled at any time
Where can I use my Affordable Care Solutions membership?
Membership benefits are available only at Family Medical Walk-In Clinics’ three convenient locations:
- Springfield, MO
- Republic, MO
- Nixa, MO
What services are NOT covered?
Members are responsible for paying any charges incurred outside of Family Medical Walk-In Clinics’ facilities. As such, emergency department care, ambulance services, hospital fees, prescriptions, tests processed at outside labs, specialists, and diagnostic radiology (MRIs, CAT scans, IVPs, etc.) will be billed by the facility providing the service and are not included in the Affordable Care Solutions membership fee or office visit fee.
Also not included are work-related illnesses, injuries or physicals. See contract for terms and conditions.
