Had to make several trips due to two kids that got strep then a few days later got the flu then I got the flu. At each visit we waited less than an hour. We did see a different doctor every time but each were very professional and straight to the point. One nurse in particular, Shawn, was super nice and my daughter really liked that he answered all her questions! Thanks for taking such good care of my family!

I definitely recommend going here. This is seriously the only place we go here in Springfield. It’s always quick and the staff is very thorough and kind. All 3 of my kiddos have been seen here and I have zero complaints. They are so great with kids!

Going to this Urgent care takes the stress out of going to urgent care. They always have a very clean facility and the staff is always amazing and understanding. My nurse Tricia was amazing and so unbelievably understanding. She told me exactly what to expect and talked with me about all of my questions and concerns. I have had several ongoing medical issues and they are always able to see me in a timely manner. I’m a teacher and a college student which means I don’t have time to sit somewhere a really long time unless it is a definitive undeniable emergency. This type of urgent care is such a blessing to have near me.

I brought my son in and we got back within about 15 minutes after signing in. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. Once we got back in the room, everything happened quickly and they got us out and on our way with our prescriptions. Kevin Kelly, was both caring and informative.

We have used this clinic several times over the years, and I have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been kind and helpful. I also love their customer service when you call in.

On December 6th I stapled my thump and came to have it removed. Everyone there was so kind and willing to help. My husband and I were very appreciative of the quick and attentive service I got. Thanks so much.

This is a great alternative to the emergency room (if it’s not an actual emergency) when you are sick and can’t see your family doctor. The staff is always friendly and understanding. Sometimes the wait is bad but I have dealt with worse. The NP Laura Miller has always been very nice and explains everything in detail. Morning and night staff are very friendly.

This place has been the best care I’ve ever received for my 4 year old and we have been to many urgent cares. Very friendly and caring staff all the nurses and techs and Dr’s were so nice and very thorough in treating my son. I can not express how thankful I am for the staff that aided in his care. We will definitely be back if any of my kids need care.
